This training is designed for professionals and community members and is led by licensed and nationally certified counselor and founder of Shape the Sky, Ryan Klingensmith. The goal of this presentation is to shape your understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies are transforming careers, communication, and the way we live.
We’ll explore how AI has changed the landscape over the past few years, what’s coming next, and how you can begin adapting today—whether you’re a parent, provider, educator, or employer.

In this training, we connect practical knowledge with future-focused wisdom. Participants will understand how AI has evolved in the last 3–5 years and its current uses in workplaces and schools.
Participants will learn the basics of how AI tools like ChatGPT and other large language models (LLMs) work.
Participants will explore how AI impacts the future of employment, mental health, and education.
Participants will identify risks associated with deepfakes, AI-generated content, and misinformation.
Participants will gain skills in writing simple AI prompts to use in everyday life or work.
Participants will recognize why embracing AI is essential for staying relevant in today’s and tomorrow’s careers.
